Jessica worked with me step by step to create the ring of my dreams, and when it arrived missing a stone she immediately accepted it back, fixed it, and sent it back the same day at no charge! My partner has yet to propose with the ring, so I can’t share photos since I haven’t seen it in person, but everyone who has says it’s stunning, and Jessica was great to work with!!!
