What is Lab Diamond ? Lab Grown Diamond are created in a laboratory in using advanced technological processes. The result is a diamond that is identical to natural diamonds. In fact, even experts can't tell the difference between a lab-created diamond and a mined diamond without specialized equipment. Lab-created diamonds are available in a wide variety of styles, cuts, and settings, just like mined diamond. Lab-created diamonds are typically created using two main methods: High Pressure High Temperature and Chemical Vapor Deposition In High Pressure High Temperature, high pressure and high temperature are used to replicate the conditions under which natural diamonds form. In Chemical Vapor Deposition, a carbon-rich gas is used to deposit carbon atoms onto a substrate, forming a diamond crystal. One of the advantages of lab created diamonds is that they are considered more environmentally friendly and ethically sourced compared to some mined diamonds. They do not involve the environmental impact of diamond mining or the potential ethical concern related to conflict diamonds.
